Vision International Extension Institute

The Vision International Extension Institute is the international outeach effort of the Vision International Education Network. Currently operating in 126 nations, the Extension Institute strives to make vocational and academic education programs available to the nations of the world, in particular underdeveloped nations, through translation of curriculum, the establishment of resource centers, and training of national leadership. The Extension Institute primarily focuses on vocational ministry training programs for the emerging church and does not issue degrees or awards.

Timothy W. Dailey, D.Min. is the Vice President of International Operations for the Vision International Education Network and the Director of the Vision International Extension Institute. Dr. Dailey has over 30 years of experience in pastoral and educational ministry. He serves in the areas of Resource Center development, international expansion, and general oversight of international concerns. Dr. Dailey also oversees the World Missions program, partnering with missionaries and mission agencies through church-planting endeavors and ministry training centers. Dr. Dailey travels internationally, teaching and conducting seminar-based courses. He and his family currently reside in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

Tal Klaus, Ph.D. is the Academic Dean of the Vision International Extension Institute and the World Zone Leader for North America.
