Specific Needs:

Translated materials in Arabic, Urdu (Pakistan), and other key Indian dialects.

Teachers for seminar from the West.

Larger facilities for our dynamic programs.

There is no part of the world with greater need for the gospel, and perhaps a more neglected area, than the Middle East.

This region of the world includes the nations of Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirate, Yemen, Jordan, Israel, Lebanon, Turkey, Syria, Egypt, Gaza Strip, and the West Bank. Most of the region is Arabic speaking and Muslim in religion; but the hunger for spiritual reality is strong, and the opportunities are great. Our strategy is to plant training centers into the underground house churches in these areas, with a focus on church planting, which is the key to success.

From our headquarters in Kuwait, we are training men and women for Middle East outreach as well as for many other parts of the world since Kuwait has thousands of expatriates, many of whom are being won to the Lord. Once trained they return to their home nations to witness and plant churches.
Further, we are actively working to translate materials into Farsi for Iran and Arabic for the rest of the region.

"I moved from India to Kuwait, like most, to work and provide [for my] family back home. I was Hindu, but came to know Christ through the witness of Lighthouse Church and Pastor Jerry Zandstra. I always wanted to study, and the Vision program, brought to Kuwait by Dr Zandstra, Tim Dailey and Dr DeKoven, was an answer to my prayer, and now to hundreds of others who live and work here."
