Application to Register an Examination Proctor
Students enrolled in Vision International University USA programs and courses (courses level 400 and above) must take examinations under the supervision of a registered proctor. If you do not have an approved and registered Proctor, please complete and return the Proctor Application Form (Click Here to Download as PDF) to the Student Services Department. Once your chosen Proctor is approved, he or she will receive a Proctor ID# and PIN via e-mail. Your Proctor must then enter his or her Proctor ID# and PIN below to validate your identity and unlock the examination for you.
